Coilover Fitment Guide – 318 Applications Across 24 Brands

This is the full J-PLUS coilover fitment list: 318 chassis-coded applications across 24 vehicle brands, listed by chassis code rather than by marketing name. If you are sourcing coilovers for a workshop, a parts distributor or a race team, this is the table to check before you send an enquiry — and the item number in the last column is what the factory quotes against.

Why we list chassis codes, not just model names

A name like "Golf 7" covers several suspension layouts: the standard car, the GTI, the R, and the estate all differ in strut length, spring rate and top-mount design. Chassis codes (GSE20, FD1, GDB, E90) are how the factory actually builds and stocks these kits, and they are how you avoid shipping the wrong box to a customer.

If your customer gives you a registration year instead of a chassis code, use the year column as a starting filter and then confirm the code. Two rules that save returns: the year range is the production range of that chassis, not the model year of a particular car; and a chassis sold in different markets can carry different top mounts — always confirm the market when you order.

How to read this table

  • Chassis / model code — the factory's fitment key. Slashes mean the same kit covers both codes.
  • Model years — production range for that chassis.
  • J-PLUS item no. — quote this in your enquiry, RFQ or purchase order. It maps one-to-one to a built kit.

Every kit in this list is a 32-way damping adjustable coilover set with front and rear struts, built per chassis rather than "universal". Spring rates are specified per application; ask for the rate card for the chassis you need and we will send front and rear values in N/mm and lb/in.

If you sell any of them, send a sample vehicle (model, year, market) and we will return the item number that covers it.

This list covers the applications we currently build as standard. New chassis are added continuously, and we tool new applications for OEM and ODM programmes.
